SofTec Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Agile professional to join the team as a Lead Scrum Master. You'll get to work with some of the most talented and driven engineers and product teams in the industry on cutting edge projects, and you will lead a team of enthusiastic fellow scrum masters serving multiple teams.

Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all teams are functioning well and following Scrum processes


• Lead Engineering Teams in making and meeting sprint commitments


• Coordinate release activities with Product leads


• Ensure that the teams stick to priority order from Product Management and defer to their PO on any product questions


• Ensure that the PO clearly articulates priorities and provides prompt answers to the team when questions arise


• Work with scrum masters, engineering managers, and the product team to proactively spot and resolve issues


• Escalation point for team needs and blockers


• Work with the Product Development Management Team to ensure all teams are running smoothly and effectively


• Effectively run the Agile calendar: release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint retrospectives


• Assist your teams as needed


• Lead cross-functional Scrum Team Review 


• Provide meaningful metrics where needed, including coordinating any data-gathering work across all teams

Requirements:

• Certified Scrummaster with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-product environment


• A grasp of both Agile theory and Agile reality, and how they feed one another


• Previous experience in the Software Industry as a Developer, Tester, or Manager


• Managing direct reports and indirect reports
