In order to provide the most coveted consultants, SofTec's approach focuses on networking with our current employees to generate referrals from our proven resources, participating in a variety of skill set-specific user groups, and staying in constant communication with consultants throughout their engagements. Once SofTec identifies a strong candidate, a thorough screening process begins. By the time our clients receive a candidate's submittal package, the candidate has been met by a SofTec recruiter, technically assessed by a current SofTec consultant, and detailed references checks have been completed. Throughout this process, SofTec's recruiters are keeping the valuable information provided by our client in mind in order to ensure not only a solid technical fit, but someone who will integrate seamlessly into the specific company's environment and culture.

Constant Communication

The communication does not end once the consultant joins the team. In fact, we find that in order guarantee a successful placement throughout the duration of the project, we must provide thorough feedback not only to the consultant, but also to the client. Our monthly documented conversations with each client and consultant are intended to prevent any potential misunderstandings or concerns that may occur. Exit interviews are a required part of the SofTec process. The information from those interviews is provided to both the consultant and client in order to guarantee continued success with future placements and projects.
