Management Team

		Hemal Jhaveri – Chairman & CEO Hemal Jhaveri brings over twenty-five years of computer and information technology experience to SofTec Solutions. As CEO, Hemal oversees the general management and success of SofTec. He founded SofTec in 1996 and played a pivotal role in its growth and strategic direction. In 2002, Hemal redirected SofTec’s focus to the Public Sector and formed two divisions within the company – one focused on IT services and Operations and Management work and the other on Enterprise Solutions. Prior to founding SofTec, Hemal was the CIO at EchoStar, where he played a key role in building the foundation and infrastructure for their IT department and deploying business applications to support the company’s satellite television business. Before his tenure at EchoStar, he worked in several IT management positions at Oracle and Coors Ceramics. Hemal received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and his Masters in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
		Monica Robinson - Vice President - Business Development Monica Robinson has more than 20 years of experience in high level management and IT consulting—both within the public and private sector. Most recently she worked at a business development and technology professional services firm, another fastest-growing private company that has won several industry awards. Prior to that she was the CEO of Optimum Management Systems LLC (OMS), a consulting firm which grew to over $38 million in revenue in its combined ten years of existence. As a Vice President with SofTec Solutions, she is responsible for contract management, revenue growth, and sales within the federal, state, and local government as well as commercial entities. Monica has a Bachelor of Science, Business in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
		Parimal Joshi - Controller Parimal is a Senior Financial Specialist with more than 18 years of professional experience, including 9 years in United States Accounting. As part of the SofTec management team, he is responsible for the entire accounting, finance, human resources and operation of the company—serving both national and international clients. A highly successful and self-motivated individual, Parimal offers a proven track record, starting with career as an accounting clerk and progressing through his current position as Controller with SofTec.
		Laura Franklin, PHR - Human Resources Manager Laura has more than 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a corporate environment. Laura’s responsibilities at SofTec include design and implementation of HR programs, policies and systems, health benefits and other company provided benefits. She is also responsible for employee relations, recruiting and staffing, coaching and counseling, legal compliance, customer service, performance management and improvement, process improvement; and the development of various employee communication materials. Laura is PHR certified and has a M.A. in Human Resources Management, Webster University; and a BSBA in Business Administration, Columbia College.
