Hemal Jhaveri – Chairman & CEO, SofTec Solutions, Inc.
Hemal Jhaveri brings over twenty-five years of computer and information technology experience to SofTec Solutions. As CEO, Hemal oversees the general management and success of SofTec. He founded SofTec in 1996 and played a pivotal role in its growth and strategic direction. In 2002, Hemal redirected SofTec’s focus to the Public Sector and formed two divisions within the company – one focused on IT services and Operations and Management work and the other on Enterprise Solutions.
Prior to finding SofTec, Hemal was the CIO at EchoStar, where he played a key role in building the foundation and infrastructure for their IT department and deploying business applications to support the company’s satellite television business. Before his tenure at EchoStar, he worked in several IT management positions at Oracle and Coors Ceramics.
Hemal received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and his Masters in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
Michael Lebofsky - Senior VP/Support Services, SofTec Solutions, Inc.
Michael Lebofsky brings twenty-five years of computer and information
technology experience to SofTec Solutions. As senior VP, Mr. Lebofsky
oversees the Support Services Division of SofTec. Prior to joining
SofTec, Mike was the senior VP of Remtech Services (12 years),
where he played a key role in building their IT Support Services
business, leading to a successful company sale to Ciber Inc. Before
Remtech Services, he worked in several IT technical and management
positions at Network Solutions and CONTEL TELOS Corporation.
Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
and his Masters in Computer Information Systems from George Mason
University.
Rhonda Jackson - Human Resources Manager, SofTec Solutions,
Inc.
Rhonda comes to SofTec Solutions with a broad HR Generalist background.
She was previously employed with KBR Halliburton in the Infrastructure
Division. She was the HR Generalist Lead on a remediation project
in Denver before joining the SofTec team. Prior to her HR career
Rhonda was employed in the life insurance industry for 17 years
in various management and marketing capacities for a major life
insurance carrier. Rhonda is responsible for all of HR functions
including benefits administration, compensation, recruiting, employee
retention, payroll, and marketing and public relations efforts.
She has a Communications/Journalism degree from Metropolitan State
College. She recently received her Society of Human Resources
Certification and is candidate for the Professional Human Resources—PHR
certification. She is the mother of two boys ages 17 and 10. She
enjoys the theatre, Community involvement and she is currently
the Fundraising chair for her Rotary Club.
Rhonda says, “If you have to have a day job—what better job to
have than a job in HR. You never live the same day twice. I love
what I do!”.
